REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures Easter Baskets

Makes 24 miniature Easter baskets

Hop to it and make everyone some bite-size Easter baskets, made with chocolate and peanut butter, topped with coconut flakes and jelly beans!

INGREDIENTS

REESE’S Miniatures Easter Baskets, (11-oz.) bag
MOUNDS Coconut Flakes, (14-oz.) bag
JOLLY RANCHER Jelly Beans, (14-oz.) bag
TWIZZLERS PULL ’N’ PEEL Candy, (14-oz.) bag
green food coloring
royal icing
plastic bag

DIRECTIONS

1.Remove the outer foil wrapper from 24 REESE’S Peanut Butter Cups Miniatures.

2.TO MAKE THE BASKET GRASS, place one cup of MOUNDS Coconut Flakes in a plastic bag. In a small bowl, mix several drops of green food coloring with a teaspoon of water. Pour this solution over the coconut, then seal the bag and shake until the color is evenly distributed.

3.Put a dab of royal icing on the top of a REESE’S Peanut Butter Cups Miniature, then press a small amount of green coconut flakes into the icing.

4.Top the coconut flakes with JOLLY RANCHER Jelly Beans. Add additional royal icing to the bottom of the candies, as needed.

5.TO CREATE THE BASKET HANDLE, cut a single strand of TWIZZLERS PULL ‘N’ PEEL Candy into 2-inch pieces. Use royal icing to attach the TWIZZLERS PULL ‘N’ PEEL Candy to the sides of the REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup Miniature.

6.Repeat steps three through five to create 24 REESE’S Miniatures Easter Baskets.
