INGREDIENTS
1 box PILLSBURY Moist Supreme Yellow Premium Cake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions
1 tub PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme White Frosting
Blue food coloring
1 package mini pretzels
1 package white candy melts
1 package pastel chocolate-covered candies
Piping bag and tip #1M
DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cupcakes according to the package directions. Cool completely.
2.Arrange pretzels on a lined baking sheet, and top with one melting wafer in the center. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until wafer is melted. Working quickly, arrange chocolate covered candies in a flower shape on top of the pretzel.
3.Tint frosting light blue and add to piping bag. Pipe low swirls on the cupcakes and top with flower pretzels.
