Strawberry Lemonade Cheesecake Bars

Makes 48 Bars

Absolutely Delightful!

INGREDIENTS

1 package PILLSBURY Moist Supreme Strawberry Flavored Premium Cake Mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 eggs, divided
2 teaspoons finely grated lemon peel, divided
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir cake mix, butter, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon lemon peel in large bowl until evenly moistened. Press evenly in 13 x 9-inch baking pan to form a crust. Bake 15 minutes. (Leave oven on.) Cool on wire rack 5 minutes.

2.Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer on medium-high speed until fluffy. Blend in lemon juice, 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon lemon peel until blended. Pour evenly over warm crust.

3.Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are set and center is still slightly soft. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Chill until ready to serve.
