Chocolate Caliente: Mexican Hot Chocolate

Makes 4 servings

Try this Mexican version of Hot Chocolate. It is a sweet and delicious combination of milk and chocolate that is ideal for the whole family.

INGREDIENTS

1 can (12 fluid ounces) NESTLE CARNATION Evaporated Milk

1 cup water
1 1/2 tablets (90 grams each) NESTLE ABUELITA Authentic Mexican Hot Chocolate Drink, chopped

DIRECTIONS

Combine evaporated milk, water, and chocolate in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot and chocolate is melted

NOTE: Do not boil. There may still be some small pieces.

2.Remove from heat. Beat with wire whisk until a little frothy.

3.Pour into mugs; serve immediately.
