Makes 16 brownies
Perfect for any patriotic celebration, these brownies look festive and taste delicious.
INGREDIENTS
1 box PILLSBURY Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package directions
1 can PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme Vanilla Frosting
Red food coloring
1 package blueberries
DIRECTIONS
1.Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Prepare a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray, or line the pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the long sides.
3.Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly to edges. Bake 28 to 31 minutes. Cool completely.
4.Use about 1 cup vanilla frosting to lightly cover the top of the brownies. Cut into 3 x 2-inch rectangles.
5.Tint the remaining 1/2 cup of frosting with red food coloring. Put into a zip-top bag, close and snip a small opening in one corner. Pipe three wavy horizontal stripes across the brownies.
6.Add blueberries to top left corners.
