Eggnog Donuts

Makes 6 donuts

OMG!!! Eggnog Donuts!!!

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE DONUTS

2 cups ARROWHEAD MILLS Organic All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
1/4 cup coconut sugar or other sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cups eggnog
2 large eggs room tmperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

FOR THE GLAZE

1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup eggnog
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

1.Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

2.Combine dry ingredients into the wet. Spoon mixture into donut pans.

3.Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

4.Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
