Tropical Pineapple Cupcakes

Makes 24 Cupcakes

Paradise in a cupcake!

INGREDIENTS

1 package PILLSBURY Moist Supreme Pineapple Flavored Premium Cake Mix
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup water
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 container PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme Cream Cheese Flavored Frosting
Toasted coconut, mandarin orange segments or canned pineapple chunks, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups.

2.Beat cake mix, pineapple, oil, water, and eggs in large bowl with mixer on medium speed 2 minutes. Divide into prepared muffin cups. Bake and cool according to package directions for cupcakes.

3.Beat cream cheese and frosting in medium bowl with mixer on medium speed until blended. Pipe or spread on tops of cupcakes. Garnish as desired.
