Tri-Color Easter Cupcakes

Makes 24 cupcakes

Spring colors make these cupcakes a festive choice for your Easter brunch dessert table.

INGREDIENTS

1 box PILLSBURY Moist Supreme Yellow Cake Mix

Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions

1 tub PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme White Frosting

Teal food coloring Pink food coloring Yellow food coloring

DIRECTIONS

1.Prepare cake mix according to package instructions. Cool completely.

2.Divide frosting into three bowls. To the first bowl, add teal food coloring; to the second, pink; to the third, yellow. Mix until each bowl reaches the desired color.

3.Fit three piping bags with large round tips. Add each frosting to its own piping bag. Beginning with the teal frosting, pipe a base circle on all cupcakes. Add a small circle of pink on top of each teal circle. Finish with a swirl of yellow on top of each.
