Pencil Cupcakes

From PILLSBURY BAKING

Makes 24 cupcakes

 

Write down your favorite treats for school with these Pencil Cupcakes.

INGREDIENTS
1 box PILLSBURY Moist Supreme White Cake Mix

Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions

1 tup PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme White Frosting

PINK and white candy. Melts

Mini chocolate chips

Wafer cookies

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare cupcakes according to box instructions. Let cool completely.
  2. Cut wafer cookies into a point using a sharp knife.
  3. Melt white and pink candy melts in separate bowls.
  4. Add a stripe of melted pink chocolate to the uncut end of the cookie then add some melted white chocolate to the pointed end
  5. Place a mini chocolate chip on the pointed end to mimic the tip of the pencil.
  6. Fill a piping bag with whatever piping tip you like and your white frosting.
  7. Place a swirl of frosting onto your cupcake and top with one of the pencil cookies.
