Red, White & Blueberry Brownies

Makes 9 servings

It’s time for fireworks with these Red, White and Blueberry Brownies…a showstopper for your holiday celebration.

INGREDIENTS

Nonstick cooking spray

1 box PILLSBURY Family Size Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix

Additional Ingredients per package instructions

2 tubs PILLSBURY CREAMY SUPREME Cream Cheese Frosting

2 cups sliced fresh strawberries

1 cup fresh blueberries

DIRECTIONS

1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan lightly with nonstick cooking spray.

2.Combine brownie mix, packet of chocolate-flavored syrup, oil, water, and egg in a large bowl. Stir 50 strokes with spoon. Spread into prepared pan.

3.Bake 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely.

4.Once cooled, spread a thin layer of cream cheese frosting on entire brownie. Arrange blueberries in rows in top left corner. Place strawberry slices in 5 rows. Garnish tops with sprinkles. Place frosting into a piping bag, or freezer bag with corner tip cut, and pipe frosting between rows of strawberry slices. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
