Holiday Freezer Fudge

From PILLSBURY BAKING

Makes 36 squares

This freezer fudge will be right at your fingertips to grab and serve during your holiday celebrations.

INGREDIENTS

1 tub PILLSBURY CREAMY SUPREME While Frosting

One 12 oz bag white chocolate chips

Red food coloring

Green food coloring

Optional: extract of choice (vanilla, peppermint, cinnamon)

DIRECTIONS

1.Add chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute until chocolate is fully melted; add 30 second intervals, stirring in between.

2.Remove all traces of foil from the frosting tub. Microwave 30 seconds, or until liquid.

3.Stir white chocolate and frosting together until smooth. Add your extract and stir to combine (optional). Remove half the mixture and place in another bowl.

4.Color one bowl red and the other green. Line a 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Alternate adding scoops of each color to the pan. Cover with another piece of parchment or plastic wrap, and press down to smooth the surface. Transfer to fridge or freezer until firm, about 30 mins to an hour.

5.Loosen the edges with a knife (run it under hot water then dry for a cleaner cut). Use parchment edges to lift the fudge, then slice into pieces.
