FUNFETTI Unicorn Magic Cupcakes

Makes 2 dozen cones

Bring a little magic to your next birthday party when you make it unicorn-themed. These cupcakes are the perfect treat for all the party guests, and are sure to be the standout of the desserts

INGREDIENTS

1 package PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Strawberry Cake & Cupcake Mix

Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package direction

24 ice cream cake cones (about 2 3/4-inches tall with flat bottoms)

2 containers PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Unicorn Vanilla Flavored Frosting

1 package blue fondant

DIRECTIONS

1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Spoon a scant 3 tablespoons batter into each cone. (Do not overfill.) Stand cones upright in 13” x 9” baking pan.

2.Bake 25 to 28 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.

3.Place frosting in decorating bag fitted with medium star tip. Pipe a decorative swirl of frosting on top of each cupcake cone, beginning at outside edge and working up. Sprinkle with candy bits from frosting.

4.Using the fondant, create mini unicorn horns to place in the center of the frosted cupcakes, along with two small circles pinches at the bottom for ears.
