Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

From PILLSBURY BAKING
Makes 24 cookies

Double the YUM!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg white
1 cup All Purpose Flour
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
1.Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, beat brown sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg white; blend well.

2.Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level of. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

3.Bake at 375 degrees. for 8 to 9 minutes or until set. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
