Caramel Cashew Popcorn

Makes 16 servings

Give your New Year’s celebration some “pop” with this tasty Caramel Cashew Popcorn.

INGREDIENTS

Nonstick cooking spray

2 (2.75 oz.) packages plain or butter flavored microwave popcorn, popped

2 cups salted cashew halves and pieces

1 container PILLSBURY CREAMY SUPREME Caramel Flavored Frosting

2 cups mini pretzel twists

DIRECTIONS

1.Heat oven to 250 degrees Coat 2 (15” x 10” x 1”) baking pans with no-stick cooking spray. Place popcorn in large bowl, discarding any unpopped kernels. Add cashew pieces.

2.Remove lid and foil seal from frosting container. Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over popcorn mixture. Stir to coat evenly.

3.Spread evenly on prepared baking pans. Bake 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Place pretzels in large bowl. Add popcorn mixture; toss to coat. Cool completely. Store in airtight container for up to 1 week.
