Makes 24 cookies
Spring Crinkle Cookies are a festive and fun with bright colors for spring.
INGREDIENTS
1 box of PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Premium Cake & Cupcake Mix
2 eggs
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup of powdered sugar
Pastel food colors (pink, green, blue, purple)
DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.Add cake mix, eggs and melted butter to a medium mixing bowl and stir until a soft dough forms. Separate dough into desired portions to color. Add food coloring as desired and mix until combined.
3.Using a tablespoon or an ice cream scoop, form rounded cookie dough balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place onto a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4.Bake for 10 to 13 minutes or until the edges are firm. Cool on the pan for 3 minutes and then remove and transfer to a cooling rack. Cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
