Spicy Dark Chocolate Marshmallows

Makes 12 to 14 marshmallows

Fun for fall and winter celebrations, Spicy Dark Chocolate Marshmallows had a little spiciness to this sweet treat.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup (6 ounces) NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Dark Chocolate Morsels

1 tablespoon chili powder (such as ancho)

12 to 14 large marshmallows

Ground cayenne pepper for garnish

DIRECTIONS

1.Line baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.

2.Microwave morsels in medium microwave-safe bowl on HIGH power for 45 seconds; STIR. If needed, microwave at additional 15-second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until morsels are melted. Stir in chili powder.

3.Dip marshmallows, one at a time, 1/3 of the way into melted chocolate and set on the prepared sheet, chocolate side up. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle tops lightly with cayenne pepper. Refrigerate for 15 minute or until the chocolate hardens.
