YOU’LL NEED

WILTON 15 1/4” x 101/4″ Cookie Sheet

WILTON 14 1/4”x 20″ Cooling Grid

WILTON Light Cocoa Candy Melts candy (1 oz. makes about 120 treats)

WILTON 12″ Disposable Decorating Bags

WILTON Gold Color Mist Food Color Spray

WILTON Gold Pearlized Sugar

Favorite chocolate roll-out cookies recipe

Rolling Pin

Tracing Paper

Parchment Paper

Tape

St. Patrick’s Day Pot of Gold Cookie Cutter (find online or in stores)

Small Shamrock Outline  (about 1 inch, can be found online)

DIRECTIONS

1.MAKE COOKIES: Roll out dough. Use pot ‘o gold cutter to cut cookies. Bake and cool.

2.MAKE CANDY SHAMROCK: Print shamrock, and using tracing paper, copy it to make one for each treat. Tape patterns to flat surface and cover with parchment paper. Melt Light Cocoa Candy Melts candy in disposable decorating bag, according to package directions. Cut small point off bag. Fill in shamrock with melted candy. Repeat to make one shamrock for each treat. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes. Spray with Gold Color Mist. Allow to dry 3 to 5 minutes.

3.DECORATE COOKIES: Pipe rim on cookies with melted candy. Immediately sprinkle with pearlized sugar. Attach shamrock with a dot of melted candy. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
