Popcorn Easter Eggs

Makes 12 eggs

Colorful popcorn easter eggs are fun to make and tasty to eat!

INGREDIENTS

PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
2 bags (82.3 g each) ORVILLE REDENBACHER’S Gourmet Kettle Korn Microwave Popcorn, divided
4 cups miniature marshmallows, divided
1/4 cup PARKAY Original-stick, divided
1/4 teaspoon teal food coloring
1/4 teaspoon purple food coloring
Jelly Beans, optional

DIRECTIONS

1.Spray large bowl, rubber spatula, and a piece of waxed paper with cooking spray. Prepare one bag of popcorn, according to package directions. Remove all unpopped kernels and place popped corn in bowl.

2.Place 2 cups marshmallows and 2 tablespoons PARKAY in medium microwave-safe bowl; microwave on HIGH 45 seconds, or until marshmallows melt and mixture blends when stirred. Stir in teal food coloring.

3.Pour marshmallow mixture over popped corn. Toss with rubber spatula to coat. Divide mixture and shape into 6 eggs. Place on waxed paper. Decorate with jelly beans, if desired. Repeat above steps with remaining bag of popcorn, marshmallows, PARKAY, and purple food coloring.
