Makes 36 cookies
Fun and bright for a unicorn themed birthday party.
INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 2/3 cups NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Unicorn Vanilla Morsels
DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
3.Beat butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until well combined. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in Unicorn Morsels.
4.Chill dough for at least 30 minutes, then roll out to 1/4-inch thick and use cookie cutters to cut into desired shapes. Use flour as needed to prevent sticking.
5.Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
