Marshmallow Flower Cupcakes

Makes 24 servings

Adorable and fluffy, Marshmallow Flower Cupcakes make a pretty dessert for any celebration.

INGREDIENTS

1 box of PILLSBURY Moist Supreme Yellow Cake Mix

Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box instructions

1 tub of PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme® Vanilla Frosting

Large marshmallows

Sanding sugar

Pastel chocolate button-shaped candies

DIRECTIONS

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.Mix together cake mix, water, oil, and eggs to make cupcakes. Add liners to cupcake pan. Fill each 3/4 full of batter. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until tops are fully set. Let cool completely.

3.Frost each cupcake with vanilla frosting, using an offset spatula or a butter knife.

4.Under adult supervision, cut marshmallows in half using a scissor. Pour colored sanding sugar onto a plate. Press the sticky side of each marshmallow into the sugar. Place on top of the cupcakes to form flowers. Add a chocolate candy to the centers of each cupcake. Serve and enjoy!
