Hummingbird Flower Muffins Recipe

Makes 12 muffins

Ready for spring and summer entertaining, Hummingbird Flower Muffins are a sweet addition to a patio party.

INGREDIENTS

1 box of PILLSBURY Banana Flavored Quick Bread & Muffin Mix

Additional ingredients to prepare muffin mix per box instructions

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1/2 cup of crushed walnuts

Mini round lollipops

Mini marshmallows

DIRECTIONS

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2.Mix together banana bread mix, milk, oil, and eggs, according to box instructions. Stir in pineapple and walnuts. Add liners to muffin pan. Fill each 3/4 full.

3.Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until tops are set. Cool completely.

4.While the muffins are baking, cut marshmallows in half, under adult supervision, and place onto unwrapped lollipops to form flowers.

5.Place lollipops into centers of cooled muffins. Serve and enjoy!
