Holiday Mini Wreath Cakes

Holiday Mini Wreath Cakes are the perfect for dessert tables and holiday gift baskets.

INGREDIENTS

1 box PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Premium Cake and Cupcake Mix

Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box instructions

1 bag of Christmas Tree Nougats

1 tub PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Holiday Vanilla Frosting

1 tub PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Vanilla Frosting

Mini disposable round cake pans

Piping bag

Leaf piping tip

DIRECTIONS

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.Prepare cake mix according to box instructions. Grease mini disposable cake pans with non-stick cooking spray. Place a Christmas tree candy nougat into each mini cake round. Fill each pan halfway with cake batter.

3.Bale at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.

4.Frost cooled cakes with FUNFETTI Vanilla frosting using a butter knife or offset spatula and smooth.

5.Spoon FUNFETTI Holiday Frosting into a piping bag fitted with a leaf piping tip. Pipe leaves around each mini cake to create the “wreath”. Top with sprinkles from holiday frosting. Serve and enjoy!
