This Galaxy Letter Cake is far out and perfect for a space-themed party.
INGREDIENTS
Favorite cake mix or recipe (about 7 cups of batter needed)
Wilton White Decorator’s Icing
Color Mist: Blue, Violet, Pink, Black
White-White Liquid Color
Nonpareils and sugar pearls
You’ll also need a “letter” cake pan
DIRECTIONS
1.Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Assemble cake pan to desired letter or number according to package instructions. Bake and cool cake. Level cake.
2.Using creamy white icing, ice cake smooth with angled spatula. Alternating between blue, violet, pink and black Color Mist, spray color onto cake.
3.Using large flat brush and white-white liquid color, splatter color onto cake.
4.Add nonpareils and sugar pearls.
