These cakes will tower over your other desserts, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
INGREDIENTS
1 box PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Premium Strawberry Cake and Cupcake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box directions
1 tub PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Unicorn Vanilla Frosting
Piping bag
Piping tip #2A
Heart cookie cutter
DIRECTIONS
1.Prepare cake mix according to box instructions. Line a 9 x 13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with non stick cooking spray. Pour cake batter onto the baking sheet.
2.Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes or until a toothpick inserted come out clean. Cool completely. Carefully invert onto a cooling rack.
3.Using a heart cookie cutter, cut out heart shapes. Enjoy the scraps of cake in between as a chef’s snack!
4.Spoon frosting into a piping bag fitted with a piping tip #2A and pipe frosting onto a heart; add another heart on top to create the tower. Repeat until reaching 3 layers for each tower. Top with sprinkles from frosting lid.
