FUNFETTI Spring Mini Bundt Cakes

Makes 6 mini bundt cakes

A quick and easy dessert, these FUNFETTI Spring Mini Bundt Cakes are cute as individual servings.

 

INGREDIENTS

1 package PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Spring Cake Mix

Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package directions

1 tub PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Spring Vanilla Flavored Frosting

1 tub PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Mermaid Frosting (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS

1.Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2.Prepare cake mix per package directions.

3.Pour batter into a 6-cavity mini Bundt cake pan, filling just over halfway. If there’s leftover batter, fill a cupcake pan with the remainder.

4.Bake for 21 minutes.

5.Remove from oven and cool completely.

6.To prepare the frosting, remove sprinkle lid and foil completely and microwave desired full containers of frosting for 30 to 45 seconds each, or 1/2 can of frosting for 15 to 20 seconds, to achieve glaze consistency.

7.Drizzle the warmed frosting, with a spoon, over the Bundt cake in back and forth motions, layering the different frostings in a fun, splatter pattern.

8.Place sprinkles provided with frosting pack on tops and sides of the cake. Serve and enjoy!
