These green cookies are guaranteed to make your holidays more fun. They’ll put an extra step in your St. Patty’s Day celebration or make your Christmas a little “grinch-ier”. No matter the celebration, they are sure to add a little sweetness to your day.
INGREDIENTS
1 (17.5 oz.) package PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Holiday Sugar Cookie Mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 large egg
12 drops green food color
1/2 cup white baking chips
1/2 cup PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme Vanilla Flavored Frosting
1/2 cup PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme Chocolate Frosting
DIRECTIONS
1.Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2.Combine cookie mix, butter, and egg in medium bowl. Mix until soft dough forms. Stir in green food color to make green dough. Stir in white chips. Use 2 level measuring teaspoons of dough to make 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet.
3.Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until light brown. Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes. Transfer to wire rack. Cool completely.
4.Place frosting into corner of resealable plastic bag. Microwave on HIGH 5 seconds. Cut very small corner off bag. Drizzle over top of cookies.
