Frozen Hot Cocoa

Makes 2 (8 ounce) servings

It might look like a mug of hot chocolate, but this frozen treat is as cool as it gets. 

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup of sugar

1/4 cup of powdered non-dairy creamer

1/4 cup of HERSHEY’S Cocoa

Dash of salt

3/4 cup of milk

2 cups of ice

1/4 cup of toasted miniature marshmallows, divided

HERSHEY’S Syrup, HERSHEY’S Cocoa, chocolate shavings, chocolate sprinkles, whipped cream, or other decorative toppings (optional)

DIRECTIONS
1.Stir together sugar, creamer, cocoa, and salt in a small bowl; set aside.

2.Pour milk into blender container. Add powdered mixture and ice. Cover, then blend, until ice is finely crushed and drink is smooth and icy. Pour into two 9 ounce mugs. Top with toasted miniature marshmallows and other additional toppings, if desired. Serve with spoon or straw.
