Dark Chocolate Panna Cotta

Dark Chocolate Panna Cotta – Yes Please!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup milk
2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 package (9 ounces) Artisan Collection Extra Dark Morsels by NESTLE TOLL HOUSE

DIRECTIONS

1.Set ramekins on tray and make sure they are clean.

2.Combine milk and gelatin in small bowl and let gelatin soften. In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, vanilla, salt, and sugar, and bring to a simmer over low heat. Whisk in gelatin mixture off heat and then stir in chocolate. Pour mixture through a sieve into a heat-proof pitcher. Pour mixture evenly into ramekins.

3.Chill panna cottas in refrigerator for at least 4 to 6 hours prior to serving. Top with whipped cream and/or fresh berries if desired.
