2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water

BATTER

1 (7 ounce) package MARTHA WHITE Blueberry Flavored Muffin Mix
3 large eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 to 1/2 cups milk
6 to 8 slices French bread, 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick

DIRECTIONS

1.HEAT oven to 200 degrees. Toss blueberries with cornstarch in medium sauce pan. Stir in sugar, orange juice, and water. Place over medium high heat. Bring to a boil. Cook until thickened, stirring occasionally. Reduce to low heat and keep warm.
