CRAYOLA Paint Brush
CRAYOLA Sweetheart Collection Construction Paper
CRAYOLA Glitter Glue
Pencil
CRAYOLA Washable Paint
CRAYOLA No-Run School Glue
CRAYOLA Metallic Markers
Poster Board
DIRECTIONS
1.Cut rectangular opening on poster board, leaving approximately 3” border.
2.Cover poster board with paint. Dry 1 to 2 hours. Add second coat. Dry 1 to 2 hours.
3.Sketch and cut out construction paper balloons, noise makers, party horns, and message bubble. Glue to poster board.
4.Add details and New Year’s message with markers.
5.Add sparkly details with glitter glue. Dry 3 to 4 hours.
6.Hold up poster board and pose for a fun New Year’s Eve photo!
