Hedgehog Valentine Card

Quill you be mine? You’ll be seeing hearts with this cute hedgehog valentine card craft for kids!

YOU’LL NEED
Pencil
CRAYOLA Construction Paper
CRAYOLA No-Run School Glue
Upcycled Cardboard
Wiggle Eye
CRAYOLA Scissors
CRAYOLA Bright Pop! Cardstock
CRAYOLA Take Note Permanent Markers
Pom-Pom

DIRECTIONS
1.Sketch hedgehog body, ear, and 2 large triangles on cardboard. Cut out.

2.Fold piece of construction paper in half. Draw half hearts against fold. Cut out.

3.Repeat steps 2 to 3 with different colors of construction paper and Bright Pop Cardstock.

4.Unfold and glue heart to hedgehog body.

5.Repeat step 5 until body is covered with hearts.

6.Glue ear to body.

7.Add detail to ear and face with markers.

8.Color pom pom with marker. Glue to face to create nose.

9.Glue wiggle eye to face.

10.Glue triangles to back of legs to create stand. Let all glue steps dry 1 to 2 hours.

11.Write Valentine’s Day message on back and give to your Valentine!

TIPS
1.Younger crafters may need assistance cutting cardboard in step 1.
2.Create more hedgehog cards for all of your valentines.
