Chenille pipe cleaners
Creatology Foam Stickers, Flowers
DIRECTIONS
1.Twist two chenille pipe cleaners together to make a crown base that will fit the child’s head.
2.Stick the floral foam stickers to the chenille pipe cleaner crown. Stick the same shape to the back side with the chenille pipe cleaner in between. Fill crown with flowers.
