This Kids Club Cupcake Pencil Topper is a fun craft for parties or take-home gifts.
YOU’LL NEED
Creatology 1/2” Pom Poms, Red
Large Pom Pom, White
Creatolgy Chenille Stems, Green
Hole punch *Adult Use Only
Cupcake mini holders/liners
Pencil
School glue
DIRECTIONS
1.Pull the fur back on a small red pom pom so that the center seam is visible.
2.Insert a green chenille stem into the center of the red pom pom. Slide the red pom pom down so that about 1/2” of the stem is exposed from the top of the pom pom.
3.Locate the center of the large white pom pom, as in Step 1. Insert the chenille stem into the white pom pom and slide it down until it rests snugly next to the red pom pom.
4.ADULT: Use the hole punch to make a hole in the bottom of a cupcake liner.
5.Thread the cupcake liner onto the chenille stem and push it so that it cups the large white pom pom.
6.Insert the eraser side of a pencil into the hole in bottom of the cupcake liner along with the chenille stem.
7.Wrap the chenille stem neatly around the exposed part of the eraser and pencil.
8.Glue the miniature pom poms all around the top of the cupcake to look like sprinkles.
