Matcha Green Tea Smoothies

Makes 3 servings

A creamy blended matcha green tea smoothie with frozen banana, tropical fruits, fresh spinach, matcha, milk, and REDDI-WIP for an on-the-go healthy breakfast treat.

INGREDIENTS

1 frozen banana, peeled

1 cup frozen unsweetened mango chunks

1 cup frozen unsweetened pineapple chunks

2 medium kiwi fruit, peeled

2 cups baby spinach leaves

1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder

1 cup reduced fat (2%) milk or coconut milk

1 cup REDDI-WIP Original Dairy Whipped Topping or REDDI-WIP Non-dairy Coconut Milk Whipped Topping

DIRECTIONS

1.Place all ingredients in blender container and blend until smooth. You may need to stir occasionally or add a little more milk to help it blend. Pour into serving glasses and top with REDDI-WIP

TIP: If you have bananas that are past their fresh eating prime, throw them in the freezer and save them for making smoothies or baked goods
