Makes 24 cake cups
Mini Bunny Cake Cups are ready to hop on over to your spring celebration.
INGREDIENTS
1 box of PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Strawberry Cake & Cupcake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box instructions
2-3 tubs of PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Vanilla Frosting
Strawberry jam
Piping bags
Piping Tip #2A
Small plastic cups
Large marshmallows
Pink sanding sugar
DIRECTIONS
1.Prepare cake mix according to box instructions using water, oil, and eggs for 9”x 13” baking pan. Cool completely.
2.Cut the cooled cake into small cubes.
3.Spoon jelly into a piping bag. Spoon frosting into a piping bag fitted with an open round piping tip #2A.
4.Layer cups with cake cubes, jelly and frosting. Repeat until cups are filled. Add sprinkles from frosting lids.
5.Using a scissor under adult supervision, carefully cut a large marshmallow diagonally to create the “ears”. Place the sticky sides down onto pink sanding sugar. Add to each cup and repeat as necessary. Serve and enjoy!
