Makes 24 Cupcakes
Brew up some Halloween fun with these Slime-Filled Cupcakes!
INGREDIENTS
CAKE INGREDIENTS
1 box PILLSBURY Slime Funfetti Cake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package directions
SLIME CENTER INGREDIENTS
4 cups green gummy bears
1 cup water
CAULDRON DECORATION INGREDIENTS
2 containers PILLSBURY Funfetti Slime Frosting
Licorice candy ropes
Gummy worms
Round green candies (like M&Ms)
DIRECTIONS
FOR CUPCAKES
1.Set oven to 350 degrees. Line pan with cupcake liners.
2.In a large bowl, beat 1 box cake mix, water, eggs, and oil per package instructions.
3.Pour batter into cupcake pan; fill each cupcake liner half way for 24 cupcakes. Bake for 19-23 minutes per package instructions.
4.Let cupcakes cool completely before decorating.
FOR SLIME CENTER
1.Combine gummy bears and water in a saucepan. Warm on medium-low heat until the gummy bears have completely melted. Allow to cool completely.
2.Once cupcakes have cooled, cut a small hole in the top of each cupcake. Do not cut all the way through the bottom.
3.Spoon cooled green slime and fill in the cupcake hole with about 1 tablespoon of green slime.
FOR CAULDRON DECORATION
1.After cupcakes have cooled and have been filled with green slime, frost the tops with frosting to conceal slime. Allow frosting to slightly spill over edge of cupcake liner to resemble a bubbling cauldron.
2.Decorate with provided spooky eyes/sprinkles and the chopped gummy worms, and round green candies as desired.
3.Finish with attaching licorice candy rope ends to each side of the cupcakes to resemble a cauldron handle
