Satin Ice Ready-To-Use Fondant, Bright Green
.Transfer the ready-to-use buttercream to a bowl and give it a good stir until smooth. Tint the icing with a few drops of bright green gel until you achieve a vibrant bright green shade.
.Put bright green buttercream into a piping bag and cut the tip. Pipe a ring of buttercream around the outer edge of the cupcake.
.Take out a small portion of black fondant. Knead it until smooth and pliable and form it into a ball. Form the ball into a log that is long enough to wrap around the edge of the cupcake.
.Wrap the log around the sides of the bright green buttercream ring.
.Pipe small dollops of bright green buttercream on top of the cupcake with some going over the edge of the black fondant ring to create a bubbling effect.
.Drizzle green glitter glaze on top of the buttercream.
.Take out a small portion of bright green fondant. Knead it until smooth and pliable and then form a bunch of small balls. Place the small balls of bright green fondant on top of the cupcake to look like bubbles.
.Take out a small portion of black fondant. Knead it until smooth and pliable and form it into a ball. Form the ball into a skinny log and allow to set for about an hour before sticking it into the top of the cupcake.
