A meaningful Thanksgiving Pumpkin craft for kids and adults to share during a holiday dinner.


YOU’LL NEED

Construction Paper: yellow, orange, brown and green
Creatology Blunt Tip Scissors
Primary Find Line Washable Markers by Creatology
Jumbo Elmer’s Disappearing Purple School Glue Stick
Ruler


DIRECTIONS

1.Cut five 1″x 12″ [2.5 cm x 30.5 cm] strips from yellow construction paper.

2.Repeat Step 1 with orange and brown construction paper.

3.Write “I Am Thankful For”  on one of the strips.

4.On the remaining strips, write what you are thankful for such as a person (or people), places, etc.

5.Glue the top of each strip to the next in a circular fashion. Repeat for the bottom of each strip.

6.Cut out a small strip from green construction paper for the pumpkin’s stem.

7.Curl the paper around your finger, then glue the curled paper to top of the pumpkin.

TIP: ADULT: Carefully run the green paper strip between your thumb and one side of the open scissors to get the curl.
