For all the treats those little leprechauns might leave behind, fill this cute treat bag with the leftovers with an easy craft using a CRICUT Maker.

YOU’LL NEED

CRICUT Maker or Air 2

CRICUT Single Scoring Wheel

CRICUT Light Grip Mat

CRICUT Scoring Stylus

CRICUT Stencil Vinyl

Cardstock, white

Cardstock, dark green

Cardstock, light green

Patterned paper, blue

Patterned paper, yellow

Patterned paper, orange

Patterned paper, red

Ink Pad, blue

Ink Pad, gray

Sponge Dauber

Adhesive for paper

Adhesive Foam Dots

Foil-wrapped candy, gold

Button

Embroidery floss & needle

Cording, gold

Cellophane bag

 

DIRECTIONS

NOTE:You can customize your project size by clicking customize button in the bottom right of the project screen. Hit Make It to make the project as is. You can also choose your own color iron-on for this project as well that suits your preferences.

 

CUT

1.Add your paper, stencil vinyl and patterned paper to the mat. The color of the canvas mat matches the color on the paper that is put on it.

2.Change machine Material setting to Cardstock to cut cardstock and vinyl for the stencil vinyl.

3.Insert Mat with paper into the machine with load button.

4.When the green CRICUT light flashes, press to start.

 

ASSEMBLE

1.Fold the bag topper on the score line.

2.Position the stencil vinyl cloud images on the bag topper front as desired.

3.Use blue ink and a sponge dauber to ink around the cloud images.

4.Remove the stencil vinyl.

5.Layer and adhere rainbow images. Use foam squares to adhere rainbow to bag topper. Add a few embroidery floss stitches as an embellishment.

6.Adhere phrase to bag topper.

7.Layer and adhere cardstock cloud images using a foam square.

8.Fill a cellophane bag with gold foil-wrapped candy. Adhere bag topper.

9.Ink the edges with an ink pad and sponge dauber then add a button. Adhere to bag topper.

10.Embellish as desired.
