A Halloween pudding cup recipe of crushed cookies layered with chocolate and vanilla puddings, topped with sprinkles and an ‘eyeball’ cookie.

INGREDIENTS

12 chocolate sandwich cookies, divided
Red and black decorating gel
2 pudding cups (3.25 oz each) SNACK PACK Chocolate Pudding
2 tablespoons PETER PAN Creamy Peanut Butter
2 pudding cups (3.25 oz each) SNACK PACK Vanilla Pudding
12 drops yellow food coloring
4 drops red food coloring
1 tablespoon bright orange sprinkles

 

DIRECTIONS

1.Twist apart 4 cookies; reserve plain halves. Decorate cream halves with red and black gel to resemble an eyeball; set aside. Crush remaining 8 cookies and 4 plain halves; set aside.

2.Stir together chocolate pudding and peanut butter in small bowl; Stir together vanilla pudding and food coloring in another small bowl.

3.Layer half of crushed cookies, chocolate pudding, remaining half of crushed cookies and vanilla pudding in 4 small serving dishes or plastic cups. Top each with sprinkles and a decorated cookie.
