St. Patrick’s Day Ice Cream Bowls

Makes 12 servings

Make your St. Patty’s celebration super cool with these St. Patrick’s Day Ice Cream Bowls.

 

INGREDIENTS

1 box PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Cake and Cupcake Mix

Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box instructions

Green food coloring

Waffle bowl maker

FUNFETTI Vibrant Green Frosting Sprinkles

Mint chocolate chip ice cream

Optional: rainbow gummy candy

 

DIRECTIONS

  1.  Prepare cake mix according to box instructions. Add in desired amount of green food coloring and stir until combined.
  2. Pour batter into a preheated waffle bowl maker, and cook until golden brown, according to maker instructions.
  3.  Cool waffle bowl completely. Add desired ice cream and toppings. Add FUNFETTI vibrant green sprinkles on top.
