Easy St. Patrick’s Day Cookie Mix Cookies are a fun treat for any party or playdate.
INGREDIENTS
1 box PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Premium Cake and Cupcake Mix
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup white chocolate chips
Green food coloring
Green sanding sugar
DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.Mix together cake mix, oil, and 2 eggs until combined. Add in green food coloring until desired color is reached. Stir in one cup of white chocolate chips.
3.Form into small dough balls. Roll each cookie in green sanding sugar.
4.Bake on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 9 to 11 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
5.Let cool completely and enjoy!
