Snowman Cupcake Cake

After a fun day in the chilly snow, have the kiddos warm up with some hot cocoa and this adorable Snowman Cupcake Cake.

INGREDIENTS

1 box PILLSBURY Moist Supreme White Premium Cake Mix

Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions

1 tub PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme White Frosting

Orange candy melts

Black candy melts

Piping bag fitted with #1M piping tip

2 Piping bags fitted with medium round piping tips

Cupcake liners

DIRECTIONS

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare the white cake mix according to the box instructions. Bake cupcakes in liners for 12 to15 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

2.Melt your orange and black candy melts. With the orange chocolate pipe a carrot shape onto parchment paper using the medium round tip. Also on parchment paper pipe 1/8 teaspoon size black circles making 2 larger than the rest (these will be the eyes) Arrange the cupcakes in a circle and pipe each with a white frosting swirl using your #1M tip.

3.Place orange “chocolate carrot” in the center of the white cupcake circle. Make the snowman’s smile out of the small black chocolate circles and use the larger circles to make the eyes.
