Pumpkin Puree Cupcakes Recipe

Makes 24 cupcakes

It’s like a pumpkin pie wrapped up in a cupcake when you serve these Pumpkin Puree Cupcakes at your next party.

INGREDIENTS

1 box PILLSBURY Moist Supreme Yellow Cake Mix
1 tub PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme Cream Cheese Frosting
Pumpkin Puree
Pumpkin pie spice
Mini pumpkin candy
Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix 1 box of yellow cake mix, 3/4 cup pumpkin puree, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 1 cup of water, and 1/2 cup oil in a large mixing bowl.

2.Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, let cool

3.Fit a piping bag with a 1M piping tip and fill with Pillsbury cream cheese frosting

4.Frost the cupcake, sprinkle with cinnamon and top with a pumpkin candy!
