Peanut Butter Spider Cookies

Makes 12 cookies

These easy-to-make Peanut Butter Spider Cookies will add a spooky addition to your Halloween treats.

YOU’LL NEED

FOR COOKIES

1 1/2 cups ARROWHEAD MILLS Organic All-Purpose Flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

FOR DECORATIONS

Malt balls

Melted chocolate

Candy eyeballs

DIRECTIONS

1.In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients until well incorporated; set aside.

2.In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar, then add vanilla, egg, and peanut butter until well combined.

3.Add dry ingredients to the wet.

4.Roll into 1-inch balls and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

5.Press 1/2 of a malt ball into the center and draw spider legs using melted chocolate.

6.Attach candy eyeballs with a little chocolate & enjoy!
