Favorite cupcake recipe or mix supplies (4-1/2 cups needed for 24 cupcakes)
White standard baking cups
Mini chocolate bars
12-cup standard muffin pan
4 – 1/2″x 20″ cooling grid
Decorator icing pouch with tips – black and favorite monster colors
9″ angled spatula
Large candy eyeballs
DIRECTIONS
1.Bake and cool cupcakes.
3.Pipe mouth areas with black icing and round tip. Smooth with spatula. Use colored pouch icings with star or round tip to pipe zigzags, pull-out stars and outlines.
4.Insert mini chocolate bars in mouths. Position candy eyeballs. For eyelashes, pipe pull-out lines with black icing and round tip.
