Make this Holiday Cookie Skillet for a fun night watching holiday movies.
INGREDIENTS
1 bag PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Holiday Cookie Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare sugar cookie mix according to package instructions
1 tub PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Red Holiday Frosting
White chocolate chips
Piping bag
Piping tip #1M
Optional: ice cream
DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sugar cookie mix according to package instructions.
2.Grease an ovenproof skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Spread cookie dough evenly into the skillet. Top with white chocolate chips.
3.Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until cookie cake is lightly golden brown. Cool completely.
4.Spoon frosting into a piping bag fitted with piping tip #1M. Pipe a decorative border around the edge of the cookie skillet. Add sprinkles from frosting lid. Top with ice cream if desired.
