Makes 12 to 16 pancakes
Kick off your Halloween morning with FUNFETTI Spooky Pancakes for the entire family.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 1/2 cups water
2 to 3 drops orange food coloring (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1.In a bowl, stir pancake mix, water, and optional food coloring until combined. Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle on medium low heat; spray with nonstick spray.
2.Pour pancake batter onto skillet or griddle to create circles. Spoon batter in a small rectangular shape at top of circles to resemble a pumpkin stem.
3.Cook pancakes for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until they are golden orange.
4.After pancakes are cooked, transfer to serving plate and use cookie cutters or knife to cut out eyes and mouths to create your own spooky jack-o-lantern pancake!
