Makes 48 madeleines
Madeleines can be easy to make when you try this recipe from PILLSBURY BAKING.
INGREDIENTS
1 box PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Spring Cake mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box instructions
1 tub PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Spring Vanilla Flavored Frosting
Madeleine Pan
Confectioner’s Sugar
Piping bag
Piping tip #5
DIRECTIONS
1.Prepare cake mix according to box instructions. Add 2 teaspoons of batter to each madeleine mold. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes, or until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Repeat for remaining batter.
2.Place madeleines on a platter and dust with confectioner’s sugar.
3.Spoon frosting into a piping bag fitted with piping tip #5. Pipe decorative designs of choice onto each madeleine. Top with sprinkles from frosting lid.
