These Easter Waffle Ice Cream Sandwiches are so easy to make and sure to be a sweet-treat favorite.
INGREDIENTS
1 box PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Spring Cake and Cupcake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box directions
Funfetti Spring Sprinkles
Ice Cream
DIRECTIONS
1.Prepare cake batter according to box directions. Make waffles and let cool completely.
2.Let ice cream stand on counter for 10 minutes from freezer to slightly thaw. Place a scoop of ice cream on one half of the waffle sandwich and press another waffle on top.
3.Place FUNFETTI sprinkles onto a flat plate. Roll the waffle onto the sprinkles. Enjoy immediately or place into the freezer until ready to serve.
